Early July, we have had the pleasure of welcoming three partners of our subsidiary GECITECH India. During these three days, they have been able to discover our head office in Lyon, discuss different strategic directions and visit our entire production site.

We congratulate Mr FERNANDES also received a complete training in GECITECH products and know-how. He will now be able to put his new skills to good use in guaranteeing the quality and reliability of GECITECH products on the constantly evolving international Indian market.

More than 50 000 participants, 1800 brands from 45 countries and 14 international pavillions... that was the 30th edition of the ProPak Asia.
We were there from June 14-17 and we would like to thank all our kind visitors.

Just a week ago. GECITECH had the chance to explore the Butantan Institute, one of our brilliant Brazilian client we are proud to present. This institute researches, develops and manufactures solutions to present all kinds of deseases (Covid-19, flu, tetanus, dengue, hepatitis A-B vaccines, serum against venoms…).

After a very successful first season, but disrupted by the health crisis, the team of the Geci Football Club de Mions, is coming back for this season 2020-2021 (FSGT69 football championship at 7, leisure level).

Composed solely of GECITECH staff and sponsored by the Group, the team was created in November 2019 on the initiative of a few employees, motivated by the idea of participating in a sporting and collective adventure between colleagues.

The official presentation of the jerseys was held this Thursday, October 1st in the presence of Patrick, Alain and Jean FAVRE, who enthusiastically support the project.

Many Mions staff were also present to encourage the players and wish them good luck for the new season.

Throughout 2016, GECITECH worked in depth on its manufacturing procedures to result in the implementation of a Manual of Good Manufacturing Practices in compliance with the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices Guidelines EUDRALEX Vol 4).

On March 24th 2017, an audit of the production unit, carried out by the APAVE, enabled to approve the compliance of the silicone hoses production process with GECITECH Manual of Good Manufacturing Practices.

Easy to use, the software Trace@bility by GECITECH has been designed to trace the whole materials park, i.e. hoses provided by GECITECH but also any other equipment like valves, vessels, pumps, etc.

The identification system by RFID chips or Data Matrix labels gives the operators a direct access to the technical datasheet by scanning the material with a mobile reader (PDA smartphone or 2D scanner linked to a tablet).

Trace@bility by GECITECH is a real assistance tool for maintenance and includes an interventions schedule with reminding warnings, an events report and a data center to store the electronic documents necessary for the equipment’s monitoring.
